We check availability and send a quote. Pay the deposit and your dates are booked.

4. Collection or delivery

Pick it up from us, or we deliver, set up and collect afterwards.

Before you book

Hire terms

We take a deposit to secure your dates, with the balance due before the hire. The deposit amount is on your quote.

Photo ID and proof of address are required for dry hire (without an engineer), and a hire agreement must be signed before equipment is released.

The hirer is responsible for equipment from collection or delivery until it is returned. Any damage or loss will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellation terms will be confirmed with your quote.

We deliver and set up across London, Kent and the South East. Delivery charges depend on location and are included in your quote.
