We are a technical production company based in London. We provide live sound engineering, corporate AV, technical production and crew, livestreaming and recording, and sound equipment hire for conferences, corporate events, concerts, festivals and church services. We recommend getting in touch 4 to 6 weeks before your event, so we can plan the technical setup and confirm equipment and crew. We can often help with shorter notice, depending on availability, so it is always worth asking.

Every quote is tailored to your event, so we do not publish a fixed price list. For equipment hire, use the form on our Equipment Hire page and we will usually reply within one working day.

We are based in London and work on events across the UK and internationally. Equipment hire delivery and setup covers London, Kent and the South East; for events further away, our team travels with the production.

Yes. We hire out the same sound equipment we use on our own events. Choose the Small PA Package (up to 100 people), the Medium PA Package (up to 300 people), the Full Event Package, or individual items such as mixers, speakers and wireless microphones. Cables and stands are included with every hire. Lighting, screens and staging can be arranged as part of a full production. See our Equipment Hire page for the full list.

Yes. We deliver, set up and collect across London, Kent and the South East. Delivery charges depend on location and are included in your quote. You can also collect the equipment from us.

Yes. You can add an experienced sound engineer to any hire, and one is included in the Full Event Package. If you hire without an engineer, we ask for photo ID and proof of address, and a hire agreement must be signed before the equipment is released.

Yes. We can capture and stream your event alongside the live production, so your online audience gets the same clear sound and pictures as the room. When you request a quote, tell us which platform you stream to, the size of your online audience and whether you need a recording afterwards.

For equipment hire, we take a deposit to secure your dates, with the balance due before the hire; the deposit amount is shown on your quote. The hirer is responsible for the equipment from collection or delivery until it is returned, and any damage or loss is charged at repair or replacement cost. Cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote, so please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. Payment and cancellation terms for full productions are also set out in your quote.
