2. Bookings & Payments

To confirm a booking, a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable) must be received. The remaining balance must be paid within the time frame specified in the booking agreement. All prices quoted exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made by bank transfer or other agreed methods. Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or letter). If a cancellation is made less than [X days] before the event, a cancellation fee may apply, reflecting work already undertaken and resources booked. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. In cases of unavoidable circumstances, such as extreme weather or force majeure, both parties will work together to find a suitable alternative date or arrangement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely communication, and necessary permissions for the event location. Adequate access to the venue must be provided for setup and breakdown. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges. Clients must also ensure a safe and suitable working environment for our team and equipment.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable step to ensure the success of your event, Fklef Productions Limited will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including technical failures, third-party disruptions, or acts of nature. Our liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to the total amount paid for those services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Fklef Productions Limited, including photographs, videos, designs, and written content, remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a usage license for agreed purposes only. Any reproduction, editing, or distribution of our work without permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law
